Farmington Juniors Prepare for Upcoming ACT
November 16, 2020
Junior year is the biggest year of high school for one main reason: the ACT. Done in March, the ACT is the most important and most stressful part of a student’s junior year. And with all the craziness of this year, juniors have mixed feelings about the test. Some are excited, some are nervous, and others don’t even know what to feel.
“I feel pretty excited about the ACT. I am really excited on how I will do compared to my siblings,” Junior, John Waite, said.
“I’m a little stressed but I’m trying not to worry about it too much,” Junior, Maddy Green, said.
As the ACT gets closer, many students are starting to prepare for it in different ways. Since the ACT is such an important part of high school, it’s important to prepare in a way that will help you do the best you can.
“I use this ACT prep book that helps me study,” Waite said.
High school is stressful enough without adding the worry of getting a good ACT score. Though the ACT is a big deal, try not to stress about it too much. Do what you can to study, take the practice ACT, and you’ll be fine.
