As the year comes to an end, many are overwhelmed with joy at the thought of school being out for the summer. After a long year of hard work, the end of school is a relieving sight to see. This year included many sports games, dances, and good memories. As this chapter ends, a new one is in sight for everyone in high school.

Sophomores will be enjoying their summer and returning to what many say is the hardest year in high school. Life after this year for them consists of a lot of dances and sports games. Most of the year will be a preparation for the ACT. Hopefully they are ready for that.

“I’m excited to go on adventures with my friends and family,” sophomore, Edi Bayles, said.

Juniors are going to be relieved to be done with the ACT and move on to the best year in high school. They now get to move to the front row in the sports games, which is a highlight for many. They are the kings of the school, so watch out for them.

“I’m excited to ghost everyone and go on adventures,” junior, Mylee Merrill, said.

Lastly, seniors have a bittersweet feeling. They are graduating and leaving high school behind. They will be embarking on a new journey onto bigger things in life. These things can include college, working, staying home or even a mission. Graduation is approaching and many have big plans for the future. Life after this year is bright for many.

“I’m excited to enjoy the summer with all of my friends before everyone leaves for college and goes on a mission,” senior, Abbie White, said.

Overall, all students at Farmington High School have many things to look forward to. We can all agree that we are all very excited for summer. No matter where life is taking you, everyone has an exciting future.
