Seniors have a fun tradition of going on a senior trip after graduation. Seniors trips are a fun way to celebrate the new chapter of your life. 

This year I am going to the Dominican Republic with my Mom for my senior trip. We are leaving two weeks after graduation and staying at an all inclusive resort in Punta Cana. I think going on a senior trip is a great way to celebrate your new accomplishment. 

“I am going to Lake Powell for my senior trip. I am going there because it’s very pretty and a fun vacation spot. I think everyone should do something with their friends after graduation because it’ll be the last fun get together with your friends” Senior, Brock Nixon, said. 

Going on a senior trip with your friends could be the last trip with them before you all move away. 

“I’m not going on a senior trip because my parents canceled it. But if I were to go on a senior trip I would go to hawaii. I do think it’s a good idea to go on a senior trip because it’s a great way to commemerate your senior year” Senior, Sam Lunt, said. 

Although it may be fun to go on a senior trip it may not be for everyone. 

“I think going on a senior trip is pointless. It’s cool that we graduate but I think it’s a waste of money to go on a trip to celebrate. I would rather just have a small barbecue with my family” Senior, Georgia Brown, said. 

Overall, many seniors have different opinions on senior trips. But they can be a fun way to honor your senior year. Are you going on a senior trip?
