As the school year is entering into its last term, seniors are starting to think about what they are going to do after high school is over. They have gone to school together for the last three years and now are all going in separate directions.

There are so many options of what to do after high school. An option that some people consider is moving out of state for college. Some people just might not see college as an option at all. Some are going to choose to work after high school and get a head start on their career, and others will choose to serve an LDS mission for their church or as a service aid in another country.

One of the major things that the graduating boys are doing is serving an LDS mission.

“After high school, I am planning to go on a mission in the summer. Then when I get back, I am going to attend college,” senior, Jack Hansen, said.

A lot of boys are planning on serving right after high school, and will be attending college when they come home.

Most of the students will be attending college and moving away from home. Attending college is a wonderful way to transition into adulthood, turn the page, and start a new life. There are many options in the state that people will be attending their first year. Some of the options in state are Weber, U of U, BYU, USU, UVU, DSU, and plenty of other options to fit you.

“I am going to UVU in the fall, and I am so excited,” senior, Mckenzie Toone, said.

Most people will be attending UVU and USU in the fall. If you are afraid of finding friends, you will for sure meet people you knew there.

One other option after college is working. Making money to prepare you for the future is another really good option.

“After high school, I am going to make bank selling Vivint Smart Home,” senior, Carson Affleck, said.

There are so many jobs you can work to earn money and it is important because having good savings so that when you prepare for everything, money will not be the problem.

In conclusion, the class of 2022 has a bright future. There are a lot of opportunities for everyone in the near future. Regardless of the path each senior chooses, they will always be a Phoenix.
