After a year of waiting, Wicked Part 2 finally came out, and many people went to watch it over the break. Wicked is the story of Elphaba and Glinda and their journey to becoming the good witch and the wicked witch. With the second part coming out and the story finally becoming complete, we can see how people feel about the whole thing. 

       “I like the first part better because it has the best music and it was happier and lighthearted,” Junior Maelee Green said.

             Even though both parts are so good, there is always one that is better. When it first came out, everyone was obsessed. We got to see Broadway’s Wicked come to life differently, and they did so well. After that, it’s hard for the second part to be better than the first part. 

             “My favorite part is probably when Elphaba lets the animals go.” Junior Monroe Tibbs said.

             There are so many amazing parts of this movie that really make it come together. Small moments like letting out the animals show how good Elphaba truly is, making a lasting impact on the audience, knowing that she isn’t wicked.

             “I would watch it again, but not too soon after already seeing it. Overall, I think it’s a good movie, and they did a good job with it.” Junior Maelee Green said.

             This movie is amazing; they have brought the play to real life and made it so good. This is definitely a movie that people will be watching and talking about for years.

             “I would totally watch it again because I have already watched it multiple times, and I think everything from the scenery is so beautiful, and I just love how it came together.”

             Overall, Wicked is well-liked by everyone who has seen it. They love how it all came together, and it is a movie for everyone to watch and enjoy.
