Christmas is close ahead and it has hit Farmington’s halls with a blast! Farmington has decorated its high school with both cozy lights, elves, ornaments and big inflatables symbolizing Christmas for each and everyone.
We interviewed students at Farmington, and asked them about what they think about the decorations and of course what Christmas means to them.
“Christmas is about spending time with family and friends, for the school’s decorations I actually like it. I love all the trees we have going on, I love how each individual teacher decorates their office in their own way, I just love the whole environment” Sophomore Kyle Colledge said.
Christmas for people is mostly about spending time with loved ones, family, pets, and even friends! Eating good food, that makes you bloated for days, opening presents and maybe having a hot chocolate or two. During the days up to Christmas, Farmington has been preparing for it, and worked hard to complete the finishing touches to make it feel just like Christmas morning/eve!
“For me, Christmas means family and family time. About the school decorations, I think it makes it very Christmassy” Sophomore Hendrix Stagge, said.
Not only that, Christmas decorations make a cozy and also very festive spirit to the school and the school halls! Not only are decorations fun to look at, they also give a great storytelling about Christmas and can tell personal stories too. Christmas is full of good times, magic and joy. Christmas in Farmington High is definitely a hit for most and makes the holiday season even more beautiful. The Christmas spirit is up and going, and so are the decorations.
The decorations are all around the school and making it feel just like Christmas! We hope everyone is going to have a great winter break, and a amazing time with the people that mean the most to them. Merry Christmas!
